My name is Corinne. I'm based in North London. I'm a qualified Life Coach and Kundalini Yoga Teacher. I was given a second chance at life when I had a breakdown and realised I needed to make huge changes to bring my life back into balance. After 18 years of pursuing quick fixes and living a very materialistic life, I had become lost, disconnected and lacking in purpose. I was short tempered, lacked patience to make any changes and I didn't have anything that I really believed in. I felt really unfulfilled and lacked motivation to change that.

I had been like that for so long and I was in denial about how out of control my life was. Then a huge shift happened for me when I started to become ready to get honest with myself. I started to face up to the fact my life had become unmanageable. I was addicted to alcohol and not living in a way that was sustainable. I then went on a path of self examination and recovery through group therapy, life coaching and the discovery of Kundalini Yoga. It wasn't an easy path but it was so rewarding and I knew it was leading me to happiness, so I pushed myself on. 3 years on I am happier and healthier than I have ever been.

On my own journey it occurred to me that I wanted to share what I had learnt to help others create the life that works for them. It's so easy in todays chaotic world to become lost. I'm so passionate about understanding what makes a well balanced and fulfilled life. That's why I decided to formalise my training by doing a diploma in Transformational Life Coaching and also train as a Kundalini Yoga teacher.
